Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“GTCS”) apply to all sales of goods by us, notwithstanding any conflicting, contrary, or additional terms and conditions in any purchase order or other communication from you. No such conflicting, contrary, or additional terms and conditions shall be deemed accepted by us unless and until we expressly confirm acceptance in writing. These GTCS are governed by Danish law.

Pricing Policy
All prices are shown in DKK or EUR. Prices include delivery charges within Denmark.
Prices do not include delivery charges outside of Denmark. Orders delivered outside of Denmark may be subject to local taxes and/or import duties, which are your sole responsibility.
Payment
We accept payment via the credit cards listed on our website or by bank transfer.
The total amount for your order will be charged at the time of ordering.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. This confirmation will include the estimated delivery time and relevant details.
Guarantee
All products are covered under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, which entitles you to file a complaint within 24 months of receiving the item.
This guarantee does not cover defects resulting from improper use, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear.

Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note:

Returns must be approved before sending. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Custom-made items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
Liability
We are not liable for any claims resulting from the use of your designs, specifications, or instructions; nor for repairs, modifications, or alterations performed by anyone other than us; nor for use in combination with other goods.
We are also not liable for any misuse, including use contrary to local traffic laws in any country.
Processing of Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your name, address, email, telephone number, and similar information will only be used in connection with orders, communication, and billing.
We uphold your rights under the GDPR, including the rights to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your data. You also have the right to object to processing and request data portability.
Data will only be stored as long as necessary to fulfill its purpose. We do not sell, transfer, or disclose personal data to third parties without your explicit consent.

Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, fire, strikes, riots, floods, natural disasters, or governmental actions.
Obligations will be suspended for the duration of such events. If the delay exceeds 30 calendar days, either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice, without liability.
Miscellaneous
The European Union Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these GTCS or any sales contracts between us.
No waiver of any term of these GTCS shall be deemed a waiver of any other term, whether past or future.
If any provision of these GTCS is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These GTCS and all related contracts shall be governed by Danish law.
All disputes shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark, unless we choose to bring proceedings in another competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to make corrections or updates to these terms at any time.
